We had a very specific search request for an "investment property" with heart so that relatives could move in. We had some flexibility for the property location but still had specific needs for amenities like the bus line and a yard etc. Our flexibility meant the search had to be wide and Sandra had incredible knowledge across the county. In addition, she taught us a lot about what we should consider regarding an investment property (our first) and purchasing to occupy. It's rare to find that perfect combination of expertise and thoughtfulness to walk one through such a big step. We give Sandra the highest possible rating!
